In this case there was a general demurrer to the evidence of the plaintiff. The court sustained the demurrer, and gave judgment for the defendant; in which it is now alleged, the. court erred. The single and only question in this case, which is presented for our determination, is, whether the estate of a testator is liable for the funeral expenses of his widow. .
