— This is an action in which the appellant filed a claim against the appellee, receiver, alleging therein that it was and is a preferred claim. No special answer was filed by the appellee. The trial was before the court, who, upon proper request, made a special finding of facts and stated conclusions of law thereon. The conclusions of law are as follows: “ (1) That the claimant William Scott is entitled to recover of and from the defendant the sum of $11,000.00 as a general claim.
