Plaintiff John Mazur, Jr., appeals from the trial court’s dismissal of count V of his complaint which sought compensatory and punitive damages for alleged fraud by the defendants. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.
This action arises from the theft of several pieces of jewelry from plaintiff’s home and the subsequent handling of his insurance claim by the defendants United States Fire Insurance Company and Crum and Forster, who issued plaintiff’s homeowners policy, and Dena R.
