I write separately to address appellant’s contention that the trial court committed fundamental error in instructing the jury to enhance under the general enhancement provisions of 21 O.S.1981, § 51, rather than the specific enhancement provisions of 21 O.S.Supp.1982, § 801. The specific enhancement provisions of Section 801 are triggered by conviction of three (3) separate and distinct violations of Section 801. Sealy v.
