ORDER ON TRUSTEE’S OBJECTION TO LISTED EXEMPT PROPERTY

THIS CAUSE came on for hearing upon the Trustee’s Objection to Listed Exempt Property filed by Diane L. Jensen, the Chapter 7 Trustee in the above-styled case. The Trustee seeks the entry of an order declaring that Winnie L. Coombs, the Debt- or, was not the head of the family at the time she filed a voluntary petition for relief pursuant to Chapter 7 and, therefore, is not entitled to the exemptions provided by Art. X, § 4, Fla. Const.
