Transwaste Services, Inc. (Transwaste) filed this complaint against the Solid Waste Management Authority of Crisp County (the Authority) seeking a recovery for services rendered by Transwaste to the Authority under a contract styled Waste Collection and Transportation Agreement (WCTA).
