This is a suit instituted by the Texas Industrial Traffic League et al., on March 6, 1952, against the Railroad Commission of Texas and its members-, attacking a freight order'issued by the Commission dated February 27, 1952, increasing Texas intrastate freight rates generally 6%. A temporary restraining order, a temporary injunction, and a permanent injunction were sought. The temporary restraining order was denied.
