Proceeding instituted in this court pursuant to subdivision 4 of section 6510 of the Education Law to review determinations of the Commissioner of Education suspending the license of the individual petitioner Melvin M. Moskowitz to practice pharmacy in the State of New York for a period of one year, and suspending the certificate to conduct a retail pharmacy of the petitioner Rosenberg’s Pharmacy, Inc., for a period of one year with execution thereof stayed.
