Action under the Federal Employers Liability Act to recover for personal injuries. There was a verdict for the plaintiff. The- defendant’s motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or for a new trial was denied. Judgment was enteréd on the verdict. The defendant appeals from the judgment.
