This is the second appeal of this case. The opidion on the former appeal will be found in 128 S. W. 457. The suit was instituted by Mrs. Lertie McOoy, for herself and minor children, Ray McCoy and Charlie McCoy, in 1908, against the appellant, the Cleburne Electric & Gas Company, to recover damages sustained by them on account of the death of the said C. W. Mc-Ooy, husband of Mrs. Lertie McCoy and father of her said children, charged to have been caused by the negligence of appellant.
