PRICE, Judge:

Following a jury trial on November 19, 1975, appellant was convicted of robbery1 and conspiracy.2 Post-trial motions were denied, and a sentence of two to four years imprisonment plus payment of the costs of prosecution and of restitution was imposed. Eight issues are raised in the instant appeal.
