Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Dowling, J.), rendered October 30, 1997, convicting him of attempted murder in the second degree (two counts), burglary in the first degree, and endangering the welfare of a child, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
