A. INTRODUCTION

The instant matter, retained in this court upon remand from a state court because of its status as a core proceeding in this reopened case converted from Chapter 11 to Chapter 7, presents an alleged creditor’s claim against a Trustee and his predecessor’s bonding company for failure to pay his claim in the distribution of the estate’s assets.
