— In a negligence action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., plaintiffs appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Putnam County (Beisheim, J.), entered May 5, 1982, which is in favor of defendants upon the trial court’s granting of their motion to dismiss the complaint at the close of the plaintiffs’ case, at a jury trial. Judgment reversed, on the law, and new trial granted, with costs to abide the event. The trial court granted the defendants’ motion to dismiss at the close of the plaintiffs’ case.
