¶1 A jury convicted Nathaniel Shane Clark as an accomplice of attempted robbery in the first degree of the Union Bank in Kirkland and robbery in the first degree of the Banner Bank in Bellevue. The jury also convicted Clark of attempting to elude a pursuing police vehicle and felony hit and run. Clark contends the evidence does not support the jury finding that the principal had the intent to commit attempted robbery in the first degree or threatened the use of immediate force, violence, or fear of injury to commit robbery in the first degree.
