2Per curiam
Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him following a jury trial of two counts of robbery in the first degree arising out of a theft alleged to have occurred on April 19, 1975. The record plainly and clearly demonstrates that defendant’s due process right to a fair trial was impinged upon by the overzealous procedure of the prosecutor. His improper conduct continued throughout the trial, despite repeated admonitions by the court.
