This is an appeal by an employer and insurance carrier from a decision of the State Industrial Board which determined that it had jurisdiction to consider an award of further compensation to claimant.

Claimant was employed as a carpenter. He sustained an accidental injury on November 1, 1939, arising out of and in the course of his employment. He was paid compensation under three consecutive awards, and his case continued.
