Ronald Eby appeals his conviction and life sentence for murdering Roland Cerv- era. Because there is factually insufficient evidence to support Eby’s conviction, we reverse the trial court’s judgment and remand the cause for a new trial.

Background

In April of 1998, Roland Cervera was in the process of purchasing a piece of property in rural southeast Bexar County, Texas.
