MEMORANDUM OPINION
DAVID P. McDONALD, Bankruptcy Judge.
At issue before this Court is whether a certain disputed indebtedness owed Plain tiff by Defendant, James Ray Holman, is non-dischargeable. Although Defendant, Shirley Ann Holman, is a party Defendant, there is no allegation in Plaintiffs complaint from which any liability on her part to the Plaintiff may be inferred.
