POSNER, Circuit Judge.

Emerson Molt has asked us to reconsider our refusal to grant him bail under Fed.R. App.P. 9(b) pending his appeal to this court from his conviction and eight-year prison sentence for drug crimes (the district court having refused to grant him bail pending appeal).
