On August 8, 1996, in an order dismissing an appeal of a preliminary injunction from this court as moot, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals instructed that, “In seeking to enforce the court’s injunctions in this case, the plaintiffs have not resorted to the traditional means of enforcing injunctions.” Wyatt v. Rogers, 92 F.3d 1074, 1078 n. 8 (11th Cir.1996).
