This action was brought by appellee, a corporation of the State of Texas, against appellant, a corporation of the same State, to condemn to its use an easement for the construction and maintenance of appellee’s telegraph line, a part of the railroad’s right of way extending from the city of Dallas, Dallas County, through that» county and the counties of Collin and Grayson to a point in the city of Sherman.
