Campbell, hereinafter called petitioner, from a judgment of the district court of Hennepin county entered pursuant to findings and an order affirming an order of the probate court of that county denying his motion to vacate and set aside the appointment of Alfred T. Baker, a physician, as general guardian of the person and estate of petitioner's minor daughter Marguerite M. Campbell.
