Regions Bank, successor by merger with AmSouth Bank, appeals a final summary judgment determining that because of certain irregularities in the formatting of the legal description of the subject real property in its mortgage, Albert Deluca; Adrienne Deluca; and JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, were bona fide purchasers for value and without notice of Regions Bank’s prior recorded mortgage.
