I.Issue Presented

The only open issue in this otherwise fully administered chapter 13 case is whether the mortgagees, Virginia O. Bick-ford, Thomas H. Ouelette and James E. Ouelette (collectively referred to as “the Lenders”) are entitled to recover from the Debtor the attorneys fees and costs they incurred for legal services rendered post-confirmation, totaling approximately $15,000.
