The information was filed in the court of common pleas of Wyandotte county, on the 8th day of August, 1892, attempting to charge the defendants, J. R. Conley and W. 0. Goodwell, jointly, in six separate counts, with six separate violations of said law. The offense was charged as having been committed on the — day of July, 1892.
