This is a motion to vacate and set aside an order and writ of supersedeas directing the judges of the Circuit Court for the District of Montana to desist and refrain from executing an order adjudging the plaintiffs in error, F. Augustus Heinze, Josiah H. Trerise, and Alfred Frank, guilty of contempt of court, and imposing a certain penalty.
