On October 25, 1930, plaintiff commenced an action in replevin against defendants in the municipal court to recover the possession of “one Parks P 1 Biplane; serial No. 1999-C 624 V.” On the same day, as appears from the bailiff’s return, the property was taken under the writ and delivered to plaintiff.
