The West Virginia Board of Regents appeals an order of the Circuit Court of Mo-nongalia County denying the Board's motion to set aside a jury verdict in favor of the appellee, Dorothy Coffman. In the action below, Coffman claimed that she was handicapped as a result of a back injury and that the appellants1 had wrongfully terminated her employment at West Virginia University Hospital because of that handicap.
