The city of Amboy brought an action of ejectment against the Illinois Central Railroad Company to recover the possession of a strip of ground, one hundred feet wide and extending westerly from the west line of East avenue across the Illinois Central railroad right of way a distance of three hundred and fifty to four hundred feet. Upon a trial of the issues before the circuit court of Lee county without a jury there was a finding and judgment for the defendant.
