JOHNSON, Judge.
Webster County Coal Corporation has petitioned for review of an opinion of the Workers’ Compensation Board entered on April 24, 2002, which affirmed an opinion and award by the Administrative Law Judge that determined Jimmie D. Lee to be permanently and totally disabled due to an occupational hearing loss. Lee has cross-petitioned for review of that part of the Board’s opinion that affirmed the ALJ’s denial of his claim for income benefits due to coal workers’ pneumoconiosis.
