ARNOLD, J.-

This is a personal injury suit. Plaintiff, a woman about fifty-nine years of age and weighting approximately 204 pounds, was alighting from one of de fendant’s passenger trains at its station at Qnincy, 111., on April 26, 1921. It was raining and .the station platform was wet. After the train h,ad come to a stop, plaintiff undertook to alight therefrom and, according to her testimony, she was the second person to- leave the train. Defendant’s testimony is to the effect that several persons had preceded her in alighting from the train.
