On April 22, 1940, respondent filed in the Circuit Court of Dade County, Florida, her sworn bill of complaint against her husband, the petitioner here, seeking a divorce a vinculo matrimonii on grounds viz.: (a) habitual intemperance; (b) extreme cruelty; and (c) the indulgence in a violent and ungovernable temper.
