HODGE, District Judge.

Plaintiff, in an action for false imprisonment, seeks to recover general damages and exemplary and punitive damages against the defendants, Dallas W. Eberlp; Herbert J. Jenks, Chief of Police of the Town of Nome; and the Town of Nome, a municipal corporation.
