The Missouri Bag Company, a nonresident corporation as plaintiff, sued the Chemical Delinting Company, defendant, in the Circuit Court of Lowndes County for a balance of $2,712.13 alleged to be due and owing to the plaintiff by the defendant on the purchase price of 17,000 Osnaburg bags sold and delivered by the plaintiff to the defendant during the month of December 1949. The defendant, in its answer to the plaintiff’s declaration, admitted liability for the amount alleged to be due for the four shipments of bags referred to in the plaintiff’s declaration, but alleged by way of recoupment…
