This matter comes before the Court on the motion of David J. Doyaga (the “Trustee”), the chapter 11 trustee of American Medical Utilization Management Corporation (the “Debtor”), to hold C. Steve Oken-wa, Esq. (“Mr. Okenwa”) and C. Steve Okenwa, P.C.
