Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, entered in Albany County) to review a determination of respondent Superintendent of Bedford Hills Correctional Facility which found petitioner guilty of violating certain prison disciplinary rules.

Petitioner was observed tucking an item, which proved to be a balled up piece of paper containing two yellow pills, into her pants while she was being pat frisked.
