James Guthrie, a bachelor eighty-four years of age, died testate at Prescott, Arkansas, August 16, 1913, at the home of the family of Ms deceased nephew, Dr. Adam Guthrie, Jr., son of his brother, Adam Guthrie. Notwithstanding his stay of a year and a half with the family of Ms deceased nephew, it was not questioned that the testator’s legal residence had remained and was in Jefferson county, Kentucky, consequently his will, together with its three codicils, was duly admitted to probate by the county court of that…
