Affirming.
During tlie year 1930, B. D. Lake and John T. Gowin were partners in the operation of a farm owned by Lake. Early in the year 1931, the partnership was dissolved by agreement of the parties, and the assets were reduced to cash. Thereupon Lake brought this action against John T. Gowin and S. LI. Gowin, who held a mortgage on John T. Gowin’s one-half interest in the partnership property, for the purpose of determining how the partnership assets should be distributed. S.
