Affirming.
The appellant, Elijah Boberts, brought this suit in ejectment against the appellees, who are the widow and children of his deceased brother, Obe Boberts. He testified that he bought the property, which consists of about 30 acres of" rough land on Apple Tree Branch, in Breathitt county, _from his 'brother 45 or 50 years ago for $25 in cash and a mule worth $75 and took possession under a title bond which had been lost.
