Charles Robinson (herein called the defendant) was indicted with Jacob Perske, Jacob Yonkowski, David Shyne and Louis Oliff for robbery of Sam Diamond with a pistol. There was a second count in the indictment for receiving stolen goods knowing the same to be stolen. Defendant was tried separately on the indictment, and the jury found him guilty of robbery in manner and form as charged in the indictment and found his age to be thirty-one years.
