OPINION OF THE COURT

Respondent James A. Reaves was admitted to the practice of law in New York by the First Judicial Department on March 25, 1974, as James Andrew Reaves. At all times relevant to *38these proceedings, respondent maintained an office for the practice of law within the First Judicial Department.
