h Randy Russell appeals from a divorce decree and the denial of his motion for a new trial. On appeal he argues that (1) the divorce decree was unlawful because it ordered him to buy at their inferential value corporate shares from his ex-wife, appellee Andrea Russell, instead of simply distributing existing marital property and (2) Andrea offered no competent evidence to prove that the business, National Recovery Specialists, Inc.
