This is an action at law upon a promissory note, in which the Federal Farm Mortgage Corporation asked judgment for $500, with interest thereon at 5 per cent, from April 15, 1938, together with costs. The defendants demurred to the plaintiff’s petition, which demurrer was overruled, and the defendants electing to stand on their demurrer, judgment was entered in favor of the plaintiff and against the defendants.
