—In an action to recover payment for goods sold and delivered, and to recover upon an account stated, the defendant appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Dounias, J.), entered January 13, 1993, which, after a nonjury trial, is in favor of the plaintiff and against it in the principal sum of $13,394.50.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, with costs.
