Plaintiff is a Maryland corporation engaged in publishing a banker’s manual, and in its petition claims $200 due upon an alleged $500 advertising contract, substantially as follows:

“Ashland Towson Corporation, Publishers
“An annual, $1.00, pocket directory of
Banks of the United States.
