PALMIERI, District Judge.
The defendants move for an order directing the United States Attorney to furnish the defendants “with all evidence in his possession or under his control which is favorable to the defendants or which would tend to exculpate the defendants”. In his affidavit in support of the motion defense counsel asks inter alia for:(a) Names and statements of witnesses.
'(b) Summaries of witnesses interviews.(e) Documents.(d) Tests conducted by the Navy and others of the paint brushes in question.
