In consolidated proceedings pursuant to Social Services Law § 384-b for guardianship of certain minor children, the Dutchess County Department of Social Services appeals from an order of the Family Court, Dutchess County (Pagones, J.), dated December 9, 1993, which dismissed the petitions.
Ordered that the order is reversed, without costs or disbursements, the petitions are reinstated, and the matter is remitted to the Family Court, Dutchess County, for further proceedings consistent herewith.
