KRUEGER, Judge.
The appellants were tried and convicted of the theft of cattle, and their punishment was assessed at confinement in the State penitentiary for a term of two years. v, The record discloses that on or about the 27th day of December, A. D. 1933, three head of cattle were taken from the possession of J. C. Tammen in Jefferson County, Texas. These cattle were taken without his consent.
