¶ 1. The School District of River Falls and the School Board for the School District of River Falls appeal from a summary judgment granted in favor of Sharon Kabes and Roger Buchholz. The trial court concluded the District and Board breached Kabes's and Buchholz's employment contracts by reassigning them to different schools within the school district without their agreement.
